“Train hard, eat clean”, you must have heard this!!!
Its all a MYTH !!
If you are training hard, you will need to fulfill your macros “protein, carbs and fats”. Therefore eating clean like chicken breast, eggs etc leaving out crabs, is definitely a no, no.
Would you like to slim down, and yet having forgetting your fav food like rice, noddles, ice cream etc??
