I’m an ACE certified personal trainer based in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur with 20+ years of experience in teaching, training and am always continuously striving to enhance my knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I have transformed hundreds of lives through fitness and healthy changes since I first began.

My fitness training involves strength, mobility and flexibility exercises with experience in calisthenics, weight lifting, high intensity interval training to orthopedic rehabilitation exercises.

I have trained clients from as young as college students to retirees up to the age of 65 who have been diagnosed with hypertension and arthritis. I believe fitness is for all ages.

“Train hard, eat clean”, you must have heard this!!!

Its all a MYTH !!
If you are training hard, you will need to fulfill your macros “protein, carbs and fats”. Therefore eating clean like chicken breast, eggs etc leaving out crabs, is definitely a no, no.

Would you like to slim down, and yet having forgetting your fav food like rice, noddles, ice cream etc??
